1. General Information

NURĀ Retreats are curated and operated by Langhem Selection di Andra Solomon, VAT IT04170640041, based in Castiglione Falletto (CN), Italy.
By booking a retreat, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

2. Booking & Payment

A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining 50% balance must be paid by the due date indicated in the retreat description.
If payment is not received by the deadline, your booking may be canceled and the deposit forfeited.

Payment plans may be available upon request and must be agreed upon in writing before booking confirmation.

3. Cancellation Policy

Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Cancellations made before the specified deadline (e.g., January 20th, 2026 for Greece or April 10th, 2026 for Bali) will be refunded, excluding the deposit.
Cancellations after this date are non-refundable.
If you can no longer attend, you may transfer your spot to another participant with prior written notice and approval from NURĀ.

If NURĀ must cancel or postpone a retreat due to unforeseen circumstances (including natural disasters, border closures, or insufficient registrations), all payments made will be refunded or credited toward a future retreat.

4. Travel & Insurance

Travel arrangements, including flights and visas, are the participant’s responsibility.
All guests are strongly advised to purchase personal travel and health insurance that covers trip cancellation, retreat participation, and medical emergencies abroad.
NURĀ is not responsible for travel disruptions, flight delays, lost luggage, or other external circumstances beyond its control.

5. Health & Participation

Participants are responsible for ensuring they are in appropriate physical and mental condition to join the retreat activities, including yoga, Pilates, meditation, and excursions.
Any health concerns or allergies must be disclosed during booking.
NURĀ reserves the right to deny participation if a guest’s condition may compromise their safety or that of others.

6. Responsibilities & Conduct

All guests are expected to behave respectfully toward other participants, staff, and property.
NURĀ reserves the right to remove any participant from a retreat if their behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate — without refund.

7. Room Allocation

Guests may choose between private and shared accommodations, depending on availability. NURĀ reserves the right to reassign rooms if necessary due to logistical reasons but will always aim to honor the original booking type.

8. Force Majeure

NURĀ is not liable for delays, changes, or cancellations caused by events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, travel restrictions, strikes, or political instability. In such cases, alternative dates or credit toward future retreats may be offered.

9. Media & Photography

Photos and videos may be taken during the retreat for promotional use. By attending, participants grant NURĀ permission to use their image unless they request otherwise in writing before the retreat begins.

10. Liability Disclaimer

Participation in all retreat activities is voluntary. NURĀ and Langhem Selection are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during the retreat or associated travel.
By booking, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for your personal health, belongings, and wellbeing during the retreat.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

Personal information collected during booking is used solely for communication, administration, and legal purposes related to the retreat.
All data is processed in compliance with EU GDPR regulations.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Italian law. Any disputes shall be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cuneo, Italy.
