Liability

All participants are responsible for ensuring they are in suitable health to join the retreat activities, including yoga, Pilates, and wellness sessions. NURĀ and Langhem Selection accept no liability for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during the retreat, travel, or related activities. Guests are advised to obtain personal travel and health insurance covering retreat participation, cancellations, and medical emergencies.

Payments & Cancellations

To secure a booking, a 50% deposit is required. The remaining balance must be paid by the stated due date in the retreat description. Deposits are non-refundable, but may be transferable to another participant or retreat at NURĀ’s discretion.
Cancellations after the final balance due date are non-refundable. In the unlikely event that NURĀ must cancel or postpone a retreat, all payments made will be refunded or credited toward a future retreat.

Photography & Media

By participating in a retreat, guests consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes unless they notify NURĀ in writing prior to the retreat start date.

Data Protection

All personal information collected during the booking process is treated as confidential and used solely for retreat administration. NURĀ complies with current GDPR regulations.

Jurisdiction

This website and all associated activities are governed by Italian law. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cuneo, Italy.
